Non-returnable products:
According to Law No. 105-XV of 13.03.2003, products of satisfactory quality with individual characteristics (such as those customized through embroidery, logo application, or tailor-made production) cannot be returned.
This includes all embroidery services, logo application, and the production of personalized or sample-based products, as defined in our public offer.

Damaged or nonconforming products:
If the delivered product does not correspond to the placed order or has manufacturing defects, please contact us as soon as possible so we can identify and provide an appropriate solution.

3. Return Process (if applicable)

For products that, by their nature, can be returned under applicable law (excluding customized products), the return process is as follows:

1. Notification:
   Please notify us in writing of your intention to return the product within the legal timeframe, indicating the reason for the return.

2. Returning the product:
   The product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear or damage, together with all accessories and original packaging (if possible).

3. Refunds:
   If the return is accepted, the refund will be made within 3 business days from the receipt and inspection of the returned product, excluding delivery costs.
